This exhibition presents works by three generations of artists, emphasizing affinities between the materials, processes, and forms they have embraced since the Concrete and Neo-Concrete movements of the 1950s and 1960s.









LUCAS SIMÕES (b. 1980, Catanduva, Brazil) lives and works in São Paulo, Brazil. His selected exhibitions include asolo exhibition (2018) at PATRON Gallery, Chicago IL; Building Material. He has also shown at 10th Mercosul Biennial, Astrup Fearnley Museet (Oslo), Itochu Aoyama Art Square (Tokyo), Museu Brasileiro da Escultura (São Paulo), and ZachÄ™ta National Gallery (Poland). His work is part of the collections at MAR – Museu de arte do Rio (Rio de Janeiro), MAC - Museu de Arte Contemporânea (São Paulo), Coleção Itaú (São Paulo)
