A group exhibition of new and recent work by contemporary artists Bethany Collins, Sharon Hayes, Sarah McEneaney, Keris Salmon and María Verónica San Martín, who mine archives to expose the inherent biases in our everyday language

The Print Center is a partner of Whitman at 200: Art and Democracy, a region-wide series of cultural events organized by the University of Pennsylvania Libraries to mark the bicentennial of Walt Whitman, America’s “poet of democracy,” who was born on May 31, 1819. These exhibitions are presented in dialogue with this initiative, Whitman’s work and his far-reaching relevance.
